Opening hours: Eden Spa & Wellbeing is open Monday to Sunday from 10am to 8pm.

Eden Fitness is open daily from 6.30am to 10pm.

Arriving at the Spa We recommend that you arrive at the Spa 10 minutes early, to allow time to complete your health questionnaire and start your treatment at the scheduled time.
If you would like to freshen up before starting your treatment, we kindly ask you to do so before arriving at the Spa, as the change time is included in your treatment.

Cancellation/modification policy: To avoid being charged the full cost of your treatment, please allow more than 24 hours' notice for cancellations or modifications.
In the event of a delay, if our schedule allows, we will carry out your treatment in accordance with its scheduled duration.
Otherwise, we will have to shorten your treatment accordingly.

Health: We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you are in poor health.
We would be grateful if you could inform us of your state of health, any allergies you may have or whether you are pregnant.
Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The “children's massage” is reserved exclusively for children aged 6 to 13.

Ethics: Your well-being is our priority. We invite you to inform us of any illness or medical treatment you have recently received or are currently receiving.

Pregnancy: We offer treatments for women over four months pregnant.

Treatment in your room at Eden Rock - St Barths or in your Eden Rock Villa Rental: If you wish, massages, manicures and pedicures can take place in your room or in your villa on request.
For all treatments performed outside Spa opening hours, a supplement of 100% of the value of the treatment will be applied.
